Blackbird is looking for a Recruiting Manager to be our first in-house recruiting hire. This individual will lead all aspects of recruiting while establishing scalable foundations for Blackbird’s talent acquisition strategy. You will recruit for eng, sales, marketing, and other critical roles as we scale, and play a key role in shaping how we attract and hire top talent. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time, but the opportunity to grow into leading the recruiting function as we scale.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience building out recruiting processes in early-stage startups, excels in hiring across both tech and go-to-market functions, and thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment.
Depending on your work location and experience the target annual salary for this position can range from: $175,000 - $200,000 USD. This range does not include the equity component of the overall compensation package. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.
Full time offers from Blackbird may also include stock options, benefits (including medical, dental, vision, flexible time off, 401(k)), and some not-so-standard, extra-fun perks — subject to applicable taxes and based on eligibility.
