Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

We are looking for a recruiting lead based out of Munich, as we are rapidly expanding our EMEA region. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure in Munich from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious & startup-minded person who wants to experience non-linear growth by joining a top company early and building it to a successful exit, and it comes with a lot of responsibility across hiring and retaining top talent. 

We are seeking someone with an experienced recruiting background who is excited to support all facets of our growing business and is capable of managing and building various recruiting and people systems from the ground up.  

At Applied Intuition, you will:
  • Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various roles
  • Partner with local hiring managers in building Applied Intuition's recruiting systems in EMEA 
  • Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts and team culture
  • Develop and own HR processes to support team culture in EMEA
  • Be a trusted partner for our 30+ employees in Europe in all matters of employee growth and happiness
  • Become an expert in the local automotive and autonomous systems industry and be our external representative for talent
  • Program manage projects related to recruiting and culture optimization

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Agency and in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience working in the autonomy or automotive domains
  • Startup experience
  • HR/People Operations experience
