We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Recruiting Coordinator to support our ambitious scaling plans over the next five years and beyond. QuantCo interviews some of the most brilliant people in their discipline, from the highest-performing software engineers in tech to the most analytical minds in machine learning research. Out of roughly 20,000 stellar candidates each year, we interview less than 5% and hire less than 0.5%. Your job will be to co-own this operation.
To be successful in this role, you will:

Accompany our candidates: You are responsible for coordinating all interviews and guiding candidates through our hiring process. You will help us design and execute the best possible interview experience for our candidates.

Build a network: As the integral point of contact between candidates, the recruiting team, and interviewers, you will develop strong stakeholder relationships within the company and maintain effective communication channels.

Develop our organisation: Hiring the right people is crucial to scaling our business, you will own the interview process, constantly looking to evaluate and innovate to create better workflows.

Shape your career by implementing your ideas: You will partner with the recruiting team to plan candidate events and manage logistics. You will update and ensure proper database management and propose improvements to our ATS.
About you:

- You bring 1+ years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or from a similar role (e.g. finance firm, top-tier consulting company, big-tech, or fast-growing tech start-up.)
