The opportunity:

Flexport is experiencing massive growth with 2,000+ Flexporters across our global offices and warehouses. And we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Program Associate in China, this could be a role vertically developed within coordinator team or a transitioning step between Recruiting Coordinator and Associate Recruiter, This role provides a wide range of tasks, which not only include coordinating, but also covers full cycle recruiting, marketing activities and projects, such as campus talk and recruiting webinars. In this role you will also help with ATS management,  recruiting system & tool. 

You will:

  • Provide suggestions and improve interview loop efficiency throughout hiring process (candidate communication tools, onsite interview experience, and GH interview kit improvement) 
  • Able to make more & sound decision based on the understanding of Flexport to solve the problem/change the process instead of following existing process/practice
  • Scheduling interviews, working directly with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers
  • Developing initiatives to improve recruiting operations and follow through  
  • Helping build up employer branding
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and process 
  • Manage the entire process of searching and hiring for entry-level positions.
  • Lead and Assist in the recruiting initiative, programs, events and projects as needed
  • Vendor Management from onboard vendor to vendor performance management, including job boards,agency and other external partners.

 

You should have:

  • 4 Yrs+ recruiting and program experience with solid know how on recruiting marketing
  • Flexibility and adaptivity to changes , experience in a fast-growing or tech company is preferred
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement,a solid problem solver facing fast change in scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment
  • Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
