As a Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcer Contractor, you will play a critical role in Podium’s recruiting process. You will be the go-to person for all logistics and own the overall candidate experience. You will be the first face that candidates meet and connect with and the first line of defense when it comes to candidate experience. You will also be responsible for screening resumes and sourcing exceptional talent.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting coordinator and sourcing experience and wants to continue developing their career in recruiting. We are seeking someone who is excellent at multitasking, will thrive in the ambiguity of a start-up environment, and is an exceptional collaborator. We would love to see a passion for technical or G&A recruiting. We’re looking for candidates who pay attention to detail, are go-getters, and have a visionary perspective!
