What you’ll do

Be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process of various positions, ranging from Sales and Operations to UX/UI, Product and Marketing.

Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the business needs and the ideal candidate profile

Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, using online channels, professional networks, and employer branding initiatives

Screen and interview candidates, using various techniques and tools, and provide a positive and engaging candidate experience

Manage the offer process, and foster long-term relationships with potential and existing talent

Participate in and lead various projects, such as recruiting fairs, diversity initiatives, tool implementations or other TA-related projects

Prepare and present regular reports and analytics on the recruiting activities, outcomes, and challenges
What you should bring

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business studies or a related field

At least 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (our ATS is Greenhouse)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

A creative and analytical mindset, with a problem-solving attitude

Fluent in English and German (Must-have); Italian or Dutch are a plus.
