Position: Recruiter/Principal, Recruiting

As part of our exciting expansion plan in Japan, specifically for our food delivery business Rocket Now (https://www.rocketnow.co.jp/), we are hiring for multiple levels from a Recruiter to Senior Recruiter. A significant aspect of your role involves partnering closely with key business leaders to understand team needs, anticipate growth, and strategize talent acquisition aligned with the company’s expansion plan. You’d play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact individuals capable of driving innovation and change within their respective teams. Join us for such an exciting opportunity!

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, help define talent requirements, assess skill gaps, and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates capable of fueling the company’s growth and spearheading transformative initiatives.
• Drive process improvement, continuously evaluating and refining the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, quality and improve the overall candidate experience.
• Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify bottleneck, and make a data driven decision.
• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to optimize their performance and contribute to process enhancement, providing training on new methodologies, technologies, or approaches.

Qualifications: 

• Native or fluent level of Japanese and English speaking, reading, and writing.
• Who has 5-10+ years of extensive experience and expertise in full lifecycle recruiting with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or higher education
• Who is capable to thrive in a start-up and fast paced environment.
• Experience in various levels of recruitment from temp, contract, and full time employees (staff level to Director or above) hiring is highly preferred.
