About the role
The recruiting team is responsible for driving GlossGenius’ success by finding extraordinary people who are excited by our mission to empower entrepreneurship. As the company scales, we’re expanding our Product, Design, and Creative teams to continue driving our success and growth. That’s where you come in.
You’ll be the second dedicated recruiter for our product, design, and creative departments, helping to identify and bring in the best talent to fuel our growth. In addition to supporting these core teams, you'll collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to provide recruiting support for other departments as needed.
You will report to the Lead Product Recruiter. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).

Benefits & Perks
The starting base salary for this role in New York, is between $105,000-$130,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
