ABOUT THE TEAM
We are an international team of Recruiters bringing in the talent for whole NielsenIQ organization across Europe. We are divided into two sub-teams: Western Europe and Central Eastern Europe.
Most of the team sits in Poland where we have our Recruitment Center, we also have team members in other countries (e.g. Italy, UK). We love diversity! Despite working remotely, we interact daily via video calls and chat. We have video team meetings twice a week. Once a week we come to the office to have a coffee together.
ABOUT THE JOB
The position will be a part of WE Recruitment Team and will report directly to the Team Leader. As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner You will oversee hiring talent for sales, analytical, and corporate roles in the assigned countries. Your typical workday will be a mixture of sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offering, and maintaining candidate information in our ATS.
You will work closely with Hiring Managers – you will be their go-to person for recruitment and will act as a Recruitment Projects Manager. We value teamwork and in the event of difficulties we support each other e.g. by organizing sourcing hackathons. Briefly, You will manage all aspects of full life cycle recruiting, having as a support the newest digital tools.

Convenient schedule: We work in a mixed system – a part of the week you work from home (3 days per week), a part from the office. Therefore, we provide all the necessary equipment to perform your duties from home.
International team: you will interact daily with team colleagues and business stakeholders who are based in different countries, you will be using English daily

Getting involved in interesting projects: we are continuous improvement oriented. We work in project teams on improving processes, tools and establishing best practices. You will have a chance to contribute to that – we are open to new ideas and each voice is heard.
Developing your skills: you will get access to e-learning platform dedicated to our Team where you can brush up on your recruitment competencies (sourcing, interviewing, business partnering, personal branding to list a few), you will also get access to mentoring program
Advanced technology: when recruiting we leverage technology, to succeed in this role you will have at your disposal modern solutions such as digital interviewing, online analytical assessments, ATS system, CRM, Talent Insights.
