Recruiter - Manufacturing Engineering (ME)

This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our specialized sectors, particularly in automotive and industrial needs. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of job roles, experience in hiring Manufacturing Engineering (ME) candidates, and a strong local network in major US talent hubs like Detroit. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies. 

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks. 

  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with Segula Technologies’ values and culture. 

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. 

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to effectively compete for top talent. 

  • Take charge of sourcing to find future candidates and feed our Talent Pools. 

  • Contact and interview candidates. 

  • Propose team improvements to our recruitment processes, candidate experience, and talent support. 

  • Education & Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role. 

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the automotive or industrial sectors. 

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with good knowledge of the Automotive or Industrial Manufacturing environment. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. 

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to be part of a dynamic and caring team. 

  • Status:  Exempt: As an exempt employee, you will not be eligible for additional pay or overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 hours in one calendar week.
