Our team is headed by the Chief HR Officer. You’ll work with the recruitment team — who will introduce you to our world and show you the best tricks to tackle daily challenges. You’ll also work closely with HR Business Partners and the HR Tech & Data Analyst. They’re all here to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the entire recruitment process for both business and technical roles;
- Coming up with creative ways to find top talent and keep our pipeline full;
- Working closely with team leaders to drive hiring plans;
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions;
- Conducting screenings, and coordinating and overseeing all stages of the recruitment process;
- Gathering and sharing feedback with candidates;
- Negotiation job offers and bringing new hires on board;
- Keeping our applicant tracking system up to date and managing recruitment metrics and job postings;
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices;
- Collaborating with the finance and legal department if needed.
You may be a good fit for this role if you:
- Have at least three years experience in handling end-to-end processes for tech roles;
- Know the ins and outs of technical roles and keep up with the latest industry trends;
- Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and can pivot when needed;
- Use data to drive your recruiting game and make smart decisions;
- Have experience with applicant tracking systems, HR tech, and AI tools;
- Know how to match the right skills to the right roles for a smooth hiring process;
- Have a knack for negotiating and closing offers;
- Work independently and have a strong sense of ownership.
