Position Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods to assess qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, networking, and talent acquisition channels.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
