RECRUITER
Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
Salary Class: Exempt
Purpose & Scope: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruitment process.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITES:
- Recruit needed talent to maintain staffing needs by using varies recruiting techniques
- Prepare paperwork for each interviewed applicant.
- Perform various other duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Employment department
- Develop and maintain both internal and external relationships that may provide referrals of candidates.
- Attract, find and interview the right candidates for each position.
- Build relationships with immigrant/refugee agencies
- Mobile recruiting
- Use varies recruiting and sourcing techniques effectively and follow-up with potential candidates.
- Counsels hiring manager in final selections.
- Handle hiring paperwork from start to finish, including handling job offer letter, background check and completing I-9 Employment Eligibility Form.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
- Other duties as needed or required
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
- Full knowledge of hiring process and previous recruiting experience
- Must be a self-starter and team player
- Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary
- English/Spanish bilingual necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
- Must have great attendance and punctuality
- Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
- Saturday/Sunday hours as needed
- Willing to travel at least 70% of the time
