Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for an International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team!

You will play a key role in finding great talent for a variety of vacancies and different markets at Iberian level. As a Recruiter in the Sourcing team of Teleperformance Barcelona, your main responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities

• Proactive search of suitable profiles and creation of the talent network
• Job posting of the requested roles in all available recruitment sources
• Management of the end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements

• Relevant Sourcing/Recruitment experience, preferably with IT and sales profiles, in international environments.
• Advanced level of English (C1)
• Advanced level of another european language would be a plus
• Experience using of ATS and/or CRM tools
• Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and/or other recruitment databases
• Outstanding communication skills
• Candidate orientation
• Amazing organizational skills
