Job Title: Recruiter (Tech & Non-Tech)
Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
o Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions, including software engineers, data analysts, project managers, and administrative roles.
o Utilize a variety of recruiting platforms and networks to identify potential candidates.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
2. Job Posting & Marketing:
o Create engaging job descriptions tailored to specific roles.
o Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring visibility to a diverse candidate pool.
3. Candidate Management:
o Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
4. Collaboration:
o Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
o Participate in team meetings to align on recruitment goals and share insights.
5. Market Research:
o Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
o Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and attract top talent.
6. Diversity & Inclusion:
o Promote and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
o Engage with diverse communities and networks to enhance our talent pipeline.
7. Reporting & Analytics: o Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
o Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a mix of tech and non-tech hiring preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and non-technical functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
