Position Summary
The Recruiter will be a team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. They will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers/business partners to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency-based interviewing. The Recruiter will monitor and track requisition statuses, to ensure an efficient full cycle recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of departments to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level, as well as how that fits into the broader organizational culture
- Develop pipeline of talent for various positions
- Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs
- Recommend and develop recruitment strategies
- Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews when applicable
- Provide reporting on recruitment status, time to fill, and recruiting efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume, full cycle, corporate recruitment capacity
- Previous experience recruiting for clinical positions preferred
- Experience using an applicant tracking system required; Jobvite experience preferred
- Working knowledge of federal employment laws required
Skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems
- Strong time management skills
- Healthcare and Technology recruitment experience preferred
Travel
Limited Travel, scheduled per needs of the business
