About the Role
We are looking for a self-starting and impact-driven full cycle Recruiter based in Toronto to join Fathom’s People team. This role demands exceptional dedication and adaptability as you'll be responsible for identifying top talent across unique roles. Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles while representing the company with integrity and professionalism
- Leading a high volume of phone screens with candidates, qualifying them for fit, understanding their motivations and generating excitement about Fathom’s story
- Ensuring there is a full pipeline of qualified candidates through targeted sourcing
- Guiding and scheduling candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Championing internal processes and procedures to keep our well-oiled recruiting machine running smoothly
- Diligently using our ATS to track candidate pipeline activity and to stay organized
- Collaborating on ad-hoc events or tasks related to talent, people operations and culture
We are looking for a teammate with:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a start-up environment
- Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of successfully attracting, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier talent in competitive markets
- High level of ownership, grit, maturity, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An undergraduate degree
- Nice to have: experience hiring medical coding auditors and/or advisors
Salary range:
