What We're Looking For

We are currently seeking a contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This would be a 1099 contract role and is estimated to run for approximately 6 months, but there is potential for the contract to extend beyond that. This person would recruit for various departments across our company to help find and recruit top talent while providing a best-in-class experience for our candidates and hiring teams. This role is required onsite at our HQ in Fort Lee, NJ 3 days per week. We provide a shuttle service to and from the office that picks up at various locations across Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring that candidates and hiring teams have a great experience
  • Source and engage with active and passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, etc.)
  • Implement dynamic sourcing strategies to recruit active and passive candidates across multiple technology related searches
  • Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to the team
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to establish and maintain best-in-class candidate experience
  • Serve as an effective ambassador of our company and culture to all candidates
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop selection criteria and structured end-to-end processes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating/modifying/implementing processes and best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Fintech and/or Banking experience a plus
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus

Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $60.00
