About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Recruiter who will play a critical role in helping our organization attract and hire top tech and non-tech talent. You shall be acting as both a partner and a resource - anticipating and prioritising needs, requests, and conflicting priorities. You’ll also work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Work with the talent acquisition team to source, attract and engage top candidates through a highly engaged approach and create a positive candidate experience
- Research and develop creative sourcing strategies to seek out and engage passive talent
- Assess and qualify candidates for role-related skills and cultural fit
- Drive the pipeline of candidates by leveraging various channels, such as your personal network, forums, research methods, social media, advertising, and other sourcing tools
- Own the full recruitment life cycle, from initial phone screens to offer negotiations and closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidate pools for future opportunities
- Create, track, and report key metrics to your team members and leaders
- Thrive in an environment where information flows rapidly - respond in a timely manner to email, slack, tags in the ATS, etc.
- Work with existing Clari employees to drive employee referrals
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a Software technology company with elite standards, hiring for tech and non-tech roles
- Prior experience with start-ups and the SaaS industry is a plus
- Track record of success in delivering high-quality candidate flows that led to hires
- Excellent candidate engagement approach with the ability to influence passive candidates
- Sharp interview skills with the ability to screen for technical, functional and cultural qualities
- Solid industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities
- Strong experience in Boolean Searching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have an excellent candidate engagement approach and provide a best-in-class candidate experience
- Ability to drive process improvements and a desire to make a real difference
