About the Role

Caribou is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Recruiter to join our team.  In this role, you will support Caribou and the Recruiting Lead by providing essential recruitment and operations function support. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Operations: Support Recruitment function by scheduling candidate interviews in coordination with hiring teams.  Own onboarding processes for new hires and ensure required activities are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Recruitment Support: Assess incoming resumes and applications for high volume sales roles (and other areas of the business as needed), as well as conduct screening interviews.  Leverage sourcing tools to identify talent and post roles to advertise opportunities. 
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Conduct intake conversations with hiring managers when opening new opportunities.  Engage in weekly touch base meetings with hiring teams to maintain a feedback loop.
  • Candidate Care and Communication: Craft a high touch, consistent communication experience with candidates, by providing prompt updates and responding to inquiries in a timely fashion.  Provide interview preparation materials ahead of scheduled interviews.
  • Applicant Tracking System: Craft candidate communication templates, post new job descriptions, maintain candidate interview notes, hiring status and ensure data accuracy.

This role can be based out of our Caribou office in Denver, CO full time or hybrid within the greater Denver area.  This role requires attendance at occasional in-person team meetings. 

About You

You have:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a recruitment or recruitment coordinator function, preferably in a full-cycle environment
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking system  
  • Understand HR policies and practices 
  • Obsessed with providing superior candidate care
  • Consultative approach to partner effectively with hiring teams
  • Excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently and with a team 
  • Able to work proactively in a fast paced environment
