The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is 100% office-based in Birmingham, focusing on hiring top talent for our customer care team and implementing tailored recruitment strategies for the local market.
Although based in Birmingham, you will work closely with our global team, headquartered in Barcelona. You’ll collaborate across departments, ensuring our hiring efforts align with the company’s broader strategic goals and contribute to driving business success.

Proven recruitment success within agency and in-house settings, strongly emphasising customer care or high-volume roles. Strong understanding of the Birmingham talent market, particularly in sourcing top talent for customer care positions.
