We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a talented and dedicated workforce. In this role, you’ll attract top-tier candidates, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience as you help shape the future of Aspire. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the expectation that the candidate resides within a reasonable driving distance of one of our offices in VT, CT, MA, MD, or NH. Some travel to these offices will be required to maintain team connectivity and support onsite needs.

What You’ll Do:
Find and Attract Talent
- Use creative sourcing methods (job boards, social media, and networking) to identify top candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless process.
Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience
- Act as a trusted point of contact, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout their journey.
- Deliver a welcoming and inclusive process that reflects Aspire’s values.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with HR and program leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to optimize the hiring process.
Showcase Aspire’s Employer Brand
- Promote Aspire’s mission, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Share compelling stories about the impact of our work to engage potential hires.
Stay Organized and Data-Driven
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Use recruitment metrics to assess and enhance sourcing strategies.
What you bring:

Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in human services, healthcare, or a similar field.

Skills:
- Proficient in sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices.

Qualities: Results-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about building strong teams.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license; flexibility for occasional travel.
