Recruiter

Quaestor is looking for a high energy, dependable in-house Recruiter. The candidate will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and assisting with ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

·         Collecting New Hire Forms and Job Descriptions from hiring managers

·         Posting job descriptions on various recruiting platforms.

·         Screening resumes and creating Resume Books

·         Working with recruiters on sourcing candidates

·         Prescreen candidates with specific questions or exams

·         Coordinate interviews

·         Track status of the candidates, the progress of all open and closed positions, and the feedback from the interviewers

·         Reply to candidates applying with thank you notes or rejection emails

·         Adding applicants to the Arena subscription list to keep them updated re job opportunities

·         Source candidates from our pipeline for open positions

·         Managing the Applicant Tracking System

·         Lead weekly recruiting meetings with various teams

·         Complete surveys, fill out forms and registrations

·         Other ad hoc projects and administrative needs

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 6-12 years’ experience in recruiting
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail; must be thorough in notes and record keeping
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Patience and a team player
  • Highly perceptive and adaptable to different situations
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint
