About the role
As part of our recruitment team, you'll be the first point of contact for potential future colleagues, instrumental in maintaining our employer brand and bringing fresh talent to our teams. You'll work closely with both business and technical teams, managing the complete recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for technical and business roles
- Partner with teams to understand hiring needs and profile requirements
- Screen applicants and assess their business, technical and cultural fit
- Proactively engage potential hires through various online channels
- Network and maintain relationships with candidates
- Identify and establish new recruiting networks and sources
- Maintain the candidates database (ATS)
- Provide timely feedback to candidates
Must Have
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment function, preferably as an in-house recruiter in the IT/SaaS domain
- Proficiency in Recruiting Tools, Advanced LinkedIn Search (including Boolean Operators), job boards, and other high-tech channels
- Familiarity with local market trends in the IT/SaaS sector
- Strong relationship management skills
- Maturity and independence
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment
- Fluency in English
Considered an advantage
- Relevant educational degrees or additional courses/certificates in recruiting
- Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Technical knowledge or keen interest in technology
