Right now, we're helping one of our high-performing agency partners find an experienced, people-first Recruitment Manager to lead, develop, and scale a team of ambitious consultants.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Lead a team of recruiters. Coach, support, and stretch your consultants—from juniors to experienced billers—to hit their goals and grow their desks.
  • Drive performance. You’ll track key metrics, run 1:1s, spot gaps early, and create an environment where results happen consistently.
  • Still bill (strategically). You’ll stay close to the market with your own clients and deals—but with a bigger focus on team success.
  • Hire and onboard. As the team grows, you’ll play a key role in bringing in and bedding in new talent.
  • Shape team culture. You’ll be central to how the team operates—driving energy, collaboration, accountability, and ambition.
  • Be a partner to leadership. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders on growth plans, strategy, and team development.

What We Expect

  • 6+ years in recruitment, with consistent billings and recent team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Proven leadership skills. You’ve supported or managed consultants, and know how to lead with both empathy and accountability
  • Commercial mindset. You understand how to drive profitability, grow client accounts, and spot market opportunities
  • Excellent communicator. You’re confident giving feedback, running meetings, and setting clear expectations
  • Strategic thinking. You’re not just in the weeds—you’re always thinking a few steps ahead
  • Team-first mentality. You’re competitive, but not cutthroat. You want to win with your team, not at their expense
  • High standards. You lead by example, deliver on your promises, and hold others to the same level
