Receptionist

About the opportunity:

We are working as the internal recruitment partner with a well-established company based in Peterborough.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join the well-established team in Peterborough.

The successful Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all customers for the Depot, answering calls in a welcoming and friendly manner. You will take messages, and pass calls through to the correct department in an accurate and timely fashion.

You will support with making occasional outbound calls to update customers on the status of their delivery and assist the team with any additional duties as required.

Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
• A welcoming and friendly approach
• Good IT skills with experience of MS Office
• Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload.
• Confident, professional & resilient
