Triumvirate Environmental (BestPlus), one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Receptionist/ Office Assistant for our Jeannette, PA team. This position reports to an onsite Operations Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. 

Our BestPLUS recycled plastic lumber business is part of a larger strategy to help customers become greener and more sustainable. We’ve developed a proprietary process that converts a variety of waste materials into multiple grades and profiles of plastic lumber for many applications and markets. Our products and solutions have been well-received by the market.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Answering Phones: Professionally handle incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages as necessary.
  • Manage and log sales lead calls from the Lumber Lead line.
  • Greeting Candidates/Employees: Warmly welcome visitors, candidates, and employees as they enter the office and assist them with any initial inquiries or directions.
  • Answering Service Messages: Oversee and relay answering service messages to the relevant individuals or departments promptly.
  • Assist with Ongoing Projects: Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative support for ongoing projects, including data entry, document preparation, and research tasks.
  • Maintain paperwork copies and files as required and as necessary to per regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain records and compliance for state agencies.
  • Assist in data entry for job paperwork in the office.
  • Provide administrative support to Plant MGMT.

Basic Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Two-year minimum data entry experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Multi-tasker and detail-oriented.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required)
  • Advanced Excel User
