Provide assistance in the management of the office daily activities while serving as a point of contact between the Office and all internal and external communications.
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging agendas and other necessary documents for meetings.
- Coordinate oral and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate office functions activities and communications to ensure efficient workflow and office operations, in coordination with the Operations Team
- Prioritize and follow up on all incoming issues and concerns addressed to the office including sensitive and confidential issues. Also, determine the appropriate course of action, delegations, or response.
- Work closely and effectively with Team Leads to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately.
- Working closely with the Team Leads to prioritize inquiries and requests while managing schedule conflicts; making fast decisions and recommendations to ensure smooth daily engagements.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
- Project management, operations management and administrative support experience

- Ability to collaborate, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
