Receptionist

Full-Time
  • Manage different secretarial tasks, incoming calls, handle daily incoming and outgoing mail 
  • Responsible for booking visitor parking upon request 
  • Arrange travel, meeting, and appointments for private and professional purposes 
  • Be in contact with external partners, find solution related to various third-party service providers 
  • Manage the ordering process and stock maintenance of stationery and equipment 
  • Responsible for balancing office budgets, recording the office related expenditure 
  • Support the management and staff 
  • Clear verbal conversation as the first point of contact to the office 
  • Arrange catering for meetings and external guests 
  • Take part in internal office management event planning processes 
  • Handle ad hoc requests from the line manager or the management 
  • Responsible for all reception tasks and any other request by the direct line manager and management 
  • Secretarial education preferred (graduate level) 
  • Minimum 1-year relevant professional experience 
  • Excellent oral and written command of English and French; Hungarian is considered as a plus 
  • Solution driven personality with a can do attitude 
  • Excellent organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly 
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers
