What does a day look like for you here?
Based at our Romford office, you’ll be the first point of contact for the site ensuring every visitor and colleague feels welcome from the moment they walk in. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle incoming calls, connecting people with the right departments or team members and answering general questions. But your role doesn’t stop there—you’ll also jump in to help with various admin tasks, like sorting the post, scheduling appointments, keeping records up to date, and making sure everything in the office runs smoothly.
As our Romford office is a secure site, you’ll also be the go-to person for checking IDs, issuing visitor passes, and making sure everyone who comes in is properly authorised. Your keen eye for detail will help keep everything running safely and securely.
On top of that, you’ll keep our reception area looking tidy and professional, setting the tone for a positive first impression. You’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming vibe and keeping communication flowing smoothly, both inside and outside the office. With your multitasking skills and friendly personality, you’ll be a crucial part of what makes our Romford office a great place to work.
