Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is looking for a Receptionist cum Admin & Sales Support for our Riyadh Office to play a pivotal role in providing all necessary support to the business operations of our riyadh office.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Answer telephone calls, transfer and forward messages.
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Greet and direct visitors and clients.
Administrative Support
- Register, copy, distribute and file all incoming
- Register, distribute and archive industry magazines.
- Monitor and order office and pantry supplies.
- Sending and receiving documents through courier companies
- Support with commercial invoices related to Branch Office
- Assist to order office supplies.
- Assist other departments with shipments documents for clients.
- Assist with flights and hotel organization (guests and internal)
- Assisting the organization in implementing business related requirements (travel/visa / etc.)
Sales Support
- Assist with pre-qualification documents and ensure timely providing data in coordination with related departments and submission to the sales.
- Assist to Prepare offer documents and assist sales team with project presentations requirements.
- Assist with sales and marketing events.
- Assist to Prepare queries and analyses for internal sales meetings.
- Ensure that necessary project and customer data is entered correctly in the system.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and management to ensure smooth processing of customer requests & order.
- Generate sales reports and support in analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain a record of sales documents.
- Qualification in administration, business or similar
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Previous experience as a receptionist/customer service agent
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, patient character
