Job title: RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Summary/Objective
The Receptionist role is mainly to be in charge of the reception and all call related matters to the general office
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

Reception & Related Functions
- Answering incoming calls, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.

Attend to visitors (customers, guests, clients, suppliers and etc)
- Maintain appointment diary.
- Receiving and directing of incoming mails with receipt date.
- Upkeep the cleanness and tidiness of the reception area.

Human Resources & Related Functions Support
- Employee’s leave application administration (e-leave system)

Issuance of uniform, badge and locker to new associates
- Organizing Company events as well as activities/any program related to employee relation & social responsibility
- Arrangement for fruit basket/red packet/bereavement token
- Issuance & purchase for birthday gift / anniversary certificate
- Recruitment Coordinator
- Traveling & Visa application for visitors /staffs

Accommodation & transportation arrangement for staffs and/ or intercompany colleagues
- Assisting for US/China/other Visa applications
- Travel insurance

Air ticketing booking/purchase for staffs
- General Administration Support
- Responsible for office supplies purchases.
- Responsible for pantry items as well as refreshment items
- Meter reading for printers to service provider
- Special projects as and when assigned by Management
- Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions
