Receptionist / Assistant Office Manager

Munich, Germany
Part-Time

12 month Fix Term Contract.

Part time hours, 3 days per week - (20 - 25 hours) - salary prorata.

  • Reception management registering, hosting and escorting visitors, guests, couriers, tradesman
  • Front desk tasks – answering door buzzer, answering phone, handling adhoc staff requests
  • Support in ensuring our workplace meets health and safety standards including audits, owning signage for First Aid and Fire Warden lists
  • Inventory of office supplies and regular stock takes and refilling of items throughout office (fridges, toilets, fruit)
  • Mail/post management and Couriers in and out incld Bookings
  • Support in meeting coordination, onsite events including meeting room preparation and housekeeping
  • Troubleshooting issues in the office and resolving adhoc tasks
  • Team admin support as required

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years of work experience

Must speak English and German to a high standard (B1 level).
