Receptionist/Accounts Receivable

The Receptionist/Accounts Receivable is responsible for a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Directing visitors: Guiding visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answering phone calls: Screening and forwarding incoming calls.
  • Maintaining reception area: Ensuring it’s tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Providing information: Offering basic details in person or via phone/email.
  • Handling mail: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail.
  • Managing security: Controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Scheduling: Updating calendars, arranging meetings, and travel coordination.
  • Purchasing of general office supplies: Purchasing of general office supplies
  • Raising and sending invoices to customers
  • Processing Credit Memos
  • Posting payments to accounts
  • Tracking overdue payments and follow up
  • Document archiving
  • 2-3 years' experience in Administration, Accounts Receivable or another relavent field.
