The Global Real Estate department is responsible for managing Ubisoft real estate portfolio. As a Real Estate Specialist, you will help the team in the development and implementation of the global real estate strategy.
In this position you will have to support our local entities (+90 offices in 30 countries) in their local initiatives, with different level of involvement depending on the level of local expertise.
Your main mission will be to do real estate project management, which means supporting our entities from, market research, site selection, build business cases, to negotiation and lease negotiations. It means also mitigate risks by making sure all projects are following the frame of the global real estate rules and process.
Your mains tasks are:
To succeed in this position, you have to have a strong experience on a similar position or in a buyer position, with an international dimension, acquired by working in a corporate real estate department or as advisor for clients (tenant representation).
