About the Role:
As a Real Estate Growth Manager you will help execute Industrious’ US network expansion strategy. You will be directly responsible for building and managing a pipeline of opportunities with prospective landlord partners, driving transactions from initial sourcing and site selection through structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team during a major expansion in a highly entrepreneurial, high-visibility role with significant growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of negotiating and executing real estate transactions within the coworking sector.
This role will report to the Head of Real Estate Growth and is based in either New York City or Atlanta.

Compensation:
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $120,000 - $130,000. You will also be eligible for a target annual bonus of 25% of your base compensation, based on performance against key real estate growth targets.
The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees.
