TEMES Group is a leading investor, developer and operator of high-end tourism and real estate destinations in Greece.

The Group owns Costa Navarino, one of the largest tourism investments in the Mediterranean. The destination encompasses five distinct resort areas developed on 1,000 hectares, featuring 5-star hotels, luxury private residences, signature golf courses, and many year-round facilities and activities.

The Group also controls Ionian Hotel Enterprises S.A., owner of a historic and flagship property in the center of Athens, former Hilton Athens, which is currently being transformed into a new city destination.

Additionally, TEMES has partnered with Lamda Development S.A. with the majority stake in the joint development of two state-of-the-art hotels along with branded residences in the framework of the landmark project of The Ellinikon, which aims to put the ‘Athens Riviera’ on the global tourism map.

TEMES SA, is seeking a motivated Development Associate to join our Real Estate team based in our Athens HQs. The role is designed to support the successful progression of residential development projects by completing tasks with specific milestones, from the initial stages to the conclusion of sales or leasing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Project Management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the efficient management of assigned development projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Collaborate closely with internal and external departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination, aligning efforts to meet project objectives and milestones.
  • Achieve business objectives and project milestones by analyzing relevant data, reporting critical issues to management, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, financial specifications, and quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and organization of comprehensive business plans and detailed reports that adhere to specified financial standards and criteria. This includes analyzing financial data, setting measurable goals, and ensuring all elements align with the company’s financial objectives.
  • Carry out comprehensive market research to thoroughly identify and define the necessary specifications for the product, considering factors such as costs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • May also take on various general or specific responsibilities as required by the real estate business, adapting to the evolving needs and objectives of the organization.

Requirements

  • Civil or Mechanical Engineering background with Master’s Degree or MBA
  • 5 years experience in similar role
  • Strong numerical and reporting skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Experience in development management of high-end residential or mixed-use projects
  • Full knowledge and understanding of the development project delivery process.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience interacting with multiple project stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail
