Unicorn Role Overview:
We are looking for a bilingual Real Estate Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish. This role involves CRM management, contract support, content creation, and translation services to support real estate operations. If you excel in database organization, marketing, and administrative support, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and organize Lofty CRM, ensuring accurate and updated client information.
- Create bilingual marketing content for social media and email campaigns.
- Assist with the contract-to-close process, including documentation and compliance.
- Translate marketing materials and smart plans from English to Spanish and vice versa.
- Edit and optimize video content for real estate marketing purposes.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of Experience in real estate administration and familiarity with industry terminology.
- Proficiency in Lofty CRM, Zipforms, and Google Suite.
- Creativity in content creation and basic video editing skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail for managing contracts and databases.
