- 담당 지역 신규 딜러 개발 및 담당 상권 매출 관리
- 판매 증대를 위한 딜러 제품 교육 및 CS 교육 실행
- 회사 정책에 따른 상권 내 고객 불만 처리
- 딜러별 세일즈 수량 예측 및 상권 내 이슈 관리
필수자격
- 2년 이상 Sales/Marketing/channel & distribution 경력
- Intermediate or above level of English
- Quality reporting (Excel/PPT)
- Internal/External Communication skill and risk-management ability

[Job Description]
- Manage current customer accounts
- Sales target achievement in line with the business plan
- Actively seeking and developing new accounts and representing the company to potential customers
- Traveling locally to customer sites to establish and further build relationships
- Completely follow the company promotion strategy, and responsible for
the high-quality implementation
- Collect product needs for vehicles from the market and propose TLA
- Implement the product training for customer in the field
- Handle the consumer complaint with proactive and agile way in the field according to Continental's standard adjustment policy supported by Customer Service team
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Commercial(Business), or Engineering background preferred
- More than 2 years working experience in sales, marketing, Channel & distribution (tire industry preferred)
- Knowledge & understanding in Automobile/Tire industry
- Intermediate level of English or above
- Professional experience in problem solving and decision-making processes
- Quality reporting (Excel/PPT)
- Internal/External Communication skill and risk-management ability
- Must have a valid driver license
