About The Team:

Noah Medical’s Instruments and Accessories R&D Engineering Team is responsible for design improvements of the current disposable endoluminal devices in order to improve quality, performance, and cost outcomes of the product. We are a dynamic, data driven team that prides itself in our creative, collaborative, and critical thinking approach to problem solving. We continuously strive to meet a high quality level that our customers expect. 

A Day In The Life Of Our R&D Manager, I&A :

  • Drives team execution of technical tasks in alignment with department objectives
  • Effectively communicates and presents to senior management, cross-functional leaders, auditors, and external customers
  • Provides leadership between development and manufacturing teams for seamless transfer to production
  • Coaches, mentors, and trains engineers to achieve high performance
  • Establishes best practices and processes to continuously improve efficiencies within the department
  • Demonstrates cross-functional and stakeholder alignment to accelerate progress
  • Contributes to detailed planning, design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and technical strategy discussions. 

About You:

  • Proven track record of collaborative leadership within the medical device sector
  • 8+ years of experience in medical device
  • 3+ year leading technical teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Deep knowledge and experience in design controls, risk management, NPI, as well as overall FDA quality system regulations
  • Process-driven mindset and capable of building new teams and best practices
  • Demonstrates data-driven decision making and creative problem solving skills
  • Strong concurrent project management skills to help drive high execution performance
  • B.S. minimum in Mechanical, Material Science, or Biomedical Engineering

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Noah Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors such as location as permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.

California Pay Range
$164,400$210,000 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
