We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Rayo's technology strategy, with a particular focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS). As CTO, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the company, ensuring the successful execution of AWS cloud-based solutions for our clients, and driving innovation in cloud computing technologies. You will collaborate with executive leadership, lead the technical team, and help clients leverage AWS to meet their business objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CTO or senior technical leadership role, ideally within a consultancy or cloud-focused organization
Deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), with hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure, and services.
AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are highly preferred.
Experience in managing complex cloud migrations and multi-account AWS environments.
Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and microservices architecture.
Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing technical teams.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A track record of delivering scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS solutions.
