About the role
The Raw Materials Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Raw Materials team, Design, Product Development, and Merchandising to ensure the smooth operations of raw materials are being developed. This person will be responsible for gathering all materials information to update fabric charts, in addition, to cross functional partners at weekly product status meetings. This person will need strong communication skills and be able to partner with an overseas supply chain.
This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters and reports to our Director, Raw Material Sourcing & Development, Apparel & Active.

- Assist Raw Materials Managers in sourcing of seasonal fabrications
- Communicate daily with fabric suppliers to ensure accurate fabric information
- Track sample yardage orders and update cross-functional team members with details on delivery and status
- Update seasonal fabric charts, weekly CFT charts, and enter fabrications into PLM
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating fabric mill appointments
- Update, maintain, and file fabric headers in library
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining fabric yardage inventory and replenishing core fabrics where needed
- Responsible for sending QA packages to vendors
- Position greige and mid-spec yardage each season for SMS and fit sample
- Maintain and update supplier profiles and accreditations
- Collect and send daily packages, organize, and deliver fabric headers and yardage to appropriate teams
We require…
- Experience or academic background in Textiles coursework or related field. Previous experience or knowledge in inventory or stock management in apparel industry is preferred.
