The Opportunity

We want to flip the healthcare paradigm from reactive to proactive, while blazing a trail into the future of radiology and clinical operations enhanced by software, automation and AI.  Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, and Chicago, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years. Our patient mix includes a combination of self-referred patients as well as physician-referred, from primary care doctors as well as specialists.

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Radiology Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our radiology practice, supporting Prenuvo Radiologists remotely across North America. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, healthcare administration experience, and a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences. 

This role can be remote based out of: Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Georgia, New York, Florida, Texas, or California. Proximity to active clinic site is ideal, but not a requirement.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the radiology practice, ensuring efficient and effective radiologist staffing
  • Manage radiology practice administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline physician onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling
  • Work in collaboration with clinic operations leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to maintain high quality and patient safety standards
  • Create reports outlining operational analytics, coverage, and forecasting statistics to ensure coverage for capacity in our scaling practice 
  • Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve patient experiences
  • Assist the Complaint Management department/function in coordinating patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) and other practice management systems
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as referring physicians, to facilitate efficient communication and workflow
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting radiology practice management

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in primary care and/or nursing with a focus on practice management preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders 
  • Expert knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards
  • Proficiency in practice management software, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, electronic medical records (EMR), and other healthcare IT systems
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a rapid-growth environment
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 USD, depending on experience
