We are looking for an experienced Radiation Protection Adviser to support the advice and guidance provided by other health physics practitioners i.e. health physicists and health physics technicians to ensure it is consistent with the requirements of of IRR17, COSHH and the EA Permits.
You will be a part of the larger HP Team and as such you will also be expected to provide advice and guidance to a range of personnel working on other programmes. In addition, you will participate in radiological document reviews and any improvements, as directed by the HP Group Manager.
To be successful in this role you will have a thorough knowledge of the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017 (IRR17), Environmental Permitting Regulations (EPR16) and an awareness of other relevant regulations.
