Tasks:
- Steering strategic projects to improve high-level processes and quality standards
- Analyzing complex overall systems and existing processes to identify and evaluate optimization potential in terms of efficiency and quality
- Developing and implementing strategic concepts for holistic process maps, including all interfaces (E2E)
- Identifying weaknesses or gaps in processes in overall systems while taking the transfer of technologies into account; driving the digitalization of IT processes
- Defining high-level quality targets and process-related key performance indicators
- Devising principles for quality and data management, including the tools used
- Developing and implementing concepts and action programs for quality assurance and quality improvement; presenting and discussing the results with top management, including advising on agile development and process engineering methods
- Carrying out global reviews/audits
- Defining collaboration and governance models for process and quality management
- Representing interests in high-level strategic bodies/committees
- Managing strategic projects
- Leadership: The ability to motivate and guide others, lead teams of emergency responders, delegate tasks, and encourage team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- ITIL Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of best practices such as ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Detail-Oriented: An eye for detail to ensure processes and policies are being adhered to and standards are being met.
- Business Process Evaluation: Ability to evaluate and improve business processes, ensure the efficiency of business operations, and create and implement changes.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
