You will:
- Develop and support the implementation of essential training material for QMS, Trialing & Nursery Operations within the LMS, ensuring effective tracking of attendance, completion, and subsequent reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Assist in data collection from the Syngenta’s QMS System/Smartsheet to report pertinent KPIs.
- Maintain updated dashboards on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Syngenta's Quality Management, Stewardship & Regulatory compliance requirements related to critical activities in Seed Development.
- Create a seasonal calendar for “key” newsletters/communications related to Stewardship/Regulatory Compliance.
- Improve, when possible, existing tools and/or methods for monthly meetings, develop & track trainings, reporting KPIs, etc.
- Develop communication and Leadership skills by leading some regular Monthly Stewardship & Quality meetings throughout the designated period.
- Develop a calendar with key seasonal QMS/Stewardship/Reg Compliance communication/newsletter.
- Shadow Operational activities with the Operations & Trialing Stewardship & Quality coordinators with the aim of understand key process controls, risks, resources needed, timelines, etc.
- Actively participation in quality assessments, internal and external certification audits.
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Biology, Ag Business, Plant Breeding or similar
- Must have experience with Data Management and Analysis (Power BI and Power Apps)
- Must have a valid Driver's License

- High level of communication (oral and/or written) is extremely important to keep team organized and ensuring high quality project execution
- Attention to detail, and agility to adjust plans and execute accordingly
- Independent, self-motivated, driven, and customer focused individual able to produce high quality data
- Experience in Agriculture and/or Quality Management/Regulatory is preferred but not required
