Position Overview:
Join our team to explore how quality assurance can be integrated into architecture and engineering processes! Your role will focus on identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizing workflows to drive efficiencies, while providing valuable feedback on quality practices.
Responsibilities:
- Support the update of the QMS and assist with internal audits
- Prepare quality documents and track corrective actions
- Map and document workflows across different teams
- Create flowcharts to visualize and streamline processes
- Identify and implement process efficiencies
- Collect and analyze quality and process data
- Develop reports to highlight areas for improvement
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Strong analytical skills
- Practical experience with Excel and dashboard building
- Upper intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Team player with a proactive, self-learning attitude
Nice-to-have:
- Practical experience with Visio or similar tool
