We are looking for a motivated intern to help improve our quality management and business processes. In this role, you will assist with documenting, analyzing, and optimizing processes while ensuring they meet quality standards. This internship offers valuable experience in both quality control and process improvement.
Responsibilities:

Support Quality Management:
- Help maintain and update our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assist in internal audits and help track corrective actions.
- Prepare and update quality documents like procedures and reports.

Document Business Processes:
- Work with different teams to map and document current processes.
- Create flowcharts and other diagrams to visualize workflows.
- Ensure all processes align with quality and business goals.

Assist with Process Improvement:
- Identify ways to make processes more efficient and reduce waste.
- Support process improvement projects using tools like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Help implement changes that improve quality and efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data on process performance and quality metrics.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight areas for improvement.
- Identify trends and suggest improvements based on data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with teams from different departments to understand their processes.
- Ensure all teams are following quality standards in their work.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.

Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of quality management (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Basic understanding of information security (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of BPMN
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Languages – English Upper-Intermediate
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi).
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS).
