• Responsible for the implementation, improvement, monitoring and continuous development of the Quality Management System,
• Ensure the adequacy, conformity and effectiveness of the quality system,
• Ensure the creation and dissemination of awareness of customer requests,
• Investigate and respond to customers' requests in quality,
• Carry out quality research and development activities,
• Follow the calibration procedures of the devices subject to calibration,
• Knowledge of documents prepared within the scope of quality, environment, and occupational safety management systems, make suggestions for the development of the system, provide support, when necessary, in the work of management system representatives,
• Responsible for quality requirements, input quality control of the material to be used in the project, semi-finished product control and output quality control before delivery of the products, the establishment of the material,
• Review commission in case of an unsuitable product, examination of regulatory and preventive actions, examination of documents,
• Monitor the implementation of the procedure related to Risk Management, Configuration Management, and monitors general process and project risks,
• Carry out quality control activities and/or ensuring that they are carried out,
• Participation in test activities to be carried out within the projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering field,
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Department Activities (Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems),
• Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent communication skills,
• Knowledge of Documentation Management System,
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC 7711/7721,
• Knowledge of ISO Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, AS 9100)
• Knowledge of 3D Design Programs is a plus,
• Experience in Defense Industry is a plus,
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills,
• Very good English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
