- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
- Reactive Shainin Green Belt/Black Belt certification
- Proactive DFSS Green Belt/Black Belt certification
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

- Understanding of vehicle design, assembly, and process control.
- Understanding of tooling and Automotive assembly plant processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communications skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop an action plan and drive the procedures for issue resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad is a plus.
- Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
